National Informatics Centre is responsible for providing all software requirements relating to the Hospital Management Information system.
Unauthorized software and games etc are not allowed to be installed in the system, the responsibility of this lies with the individual Departmental Head . Local Area Network has been established among all department of the hospital and each individual employee has been login id created to enable them to access the HMIS..When a new employee (Transfer or Fresh Recruitment) joins the hospital, his / her name and other details are fed in the employee list of the hospital and the same is informed to the Software Consultant from NIC who creates the login ID and password for the new employee.
Incase any existing employee is transferred or resigns from his position in the hospital , his/her name is deleted from the employee list of the hospital and the same is informed to the Software Consultant from NIC who blocks the login ID and Password of the concerned employee.
