“To provide quality health care to all walks of life by contributing to the development of the system by encompassing primary, secondary, and tertiary care, and not geographically confined to the existing Hospital facility, to develop new services and technologies in response to public expectations with available resources and carry out assigned programmes and missions in a manner that would demonstrate the ability of the institution to attain self support in a developing nation’s environment.”
